HOW TO REGISTER AN LLP?

STEP 1: Application of D.S.C (Digital Signature Certificate)

STEP 2: Application of D.I.N (Director Identification Number)

STEP 3: Filing of LLP-RUN (Limited Liability Partnership-Reserve Unique Name)

STEP 4: Filing of FiLLip (Form for Incorporation of Limited Liability Partnership)

STEP 5: Filing of LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) Agreement.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR AN LLP INCORPORATION

  1. Identity proof of partners: PAN card of all the registered partners are required at the time of incorporation of an LLP.
  2. Address proof of partners: partners of an LLP are required to submit an authorised address proof like AADHAR, Voter ID OR Passport.
  3. Residence proof of partners: Bank statement telephone bills electricity bills or gas bill should be submitted as a proof of residence. Such receipts should not be more than 2-3 months old.
  4. Passport in case of foreign nationals/NRIs: In order to become a partner in an India LLP a foreign national is required to submit their passport.
  5. Photograph : Partners are also required to submit their passport size photograph along-with the application of incorporation.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR LLP

  1. At-least two partners
  2. All the designated partners shall have a DSC & DPIN.
  3. Name of the LLP should not be previously under trademark or similar to an already registered LLP.
  4. An agreement for LLP between the partners.
  5. Contribution of Capital by the partners.
  6. Legal proof of registered office of LLP
